Here at M.D. Henry, we provide the complete power delivery package. This includes engineering and project management, coordination, equipment and detailing as well as material procurement, fabrication & QA/QC, and material marshalling & coordinated shipment of structures & equipment direct to the site (Single Source Supply.) Be it transmission poles or a complete substation, you can get it at M.D. Henry thanks to our well-qualified, diverse and experienced personnel and our state of the art machinery.

Packaged Substations:

Our Packaged Substations are engineered and designed to meet the owners' requirements and delivered to the site complete for immediate installation, complete with design documentation. Our standard Substation Package includes equipment and materials for the ground grid, fence, steel structures, anchor bolts, switches, CT's, PT's, CCVT's, lighting, station service transformer, bus, connectors, jumpers, and other associated hardware. In-house, engineered design of structures, foundations, and bus, along with drawings complete the standard Substation Package scope of supply. In addition to these items, We have supplied batteries, chargers, regulators, breakers, transformers and other substation equipment to meet its customer's needs.

Transmission Division:

The Transmission Line Manufacturing division provides a complete line of engineered, tapered steel poles, steel davit arms, wood-equivalent steel poles and lattice towers for transmission, distribution, and other similar applications. The finishes on these products may be provided as painted, weathering, or galvanized.

Although our organization is small enough to provide personal and immediate service to meet its customers' most critical schedules; we are large enough to meet nearly all T&D needs from the generator terminals to the distribution lines. We also provide full service design and detailing using appropriate electrical and structural design codes and standards (when applicable) for substation and T-Line projects. We have an excellent ability to coordinate structural and electrical equipment for proper mounting, operation, and delivery; complete with coordinated shipping and construction documents for ease of installation.
We also offer prepackaged hardware assemblies complete with assembly drawing for speed and ease of T-Line construction (Kitting). Our single-source responsibility creates efficiency in the quote stage, design stage, procurement stage, shipping and receiving stage, and the overall construction stage. Our experience and business volume (over 8,500 packages to date) allows us to receive OEM pricing from our suppliers that enables us to provide structure-mounted equipment at competitive market prices. Finally, we offer material marshalling & coordinated shipment of structures & equipment, direct to the site.
